Who is this girl behind the camera doing these crazy workouts all the time?🤔 I thought I’d share some fun facts from time to time for you to get to know me better. 🥳 Fun Fact: As a mom of 3 active boys, the dirty laundry gets piled up pretty quickly in our household. However , I LOVE to do laundry! In fact, it’s a bit of an obsession. I love everything about it, especially folding. 😂 The first thing I packed for our trip was laundry pods and have already done 2 loads 😂 You will never find clothing that needs to be washed in our house for more than 2 days ! -

1️⃣ Knee Tuck Jack Squat
2️⃣ Skater Knee Drive
3️⃣ Knee Tuck Donkey Kick
4️⃣ Lateral Jump Squat *️⃣ 15 secs on 10 secs off each 4 times and then move onto the next exercise. Repeat all again 3-4 more times !

¿Qué es TABATA? Entrenamiento de intervalos de alta intensidad.
Rutina de ejercicio en la que se alternan periodos algo intensos de actividad anaeróbica con periodos menos intensos de recuperación.
Habitualmente las sesiones HIIT pueden variar de entre 4 y 30 minutos. Estos cortos e intensos entrenamientos proporcionan capacidad atlética y condición mejoradas, alto metabolismo de glucosa y elevada quema de lípidos (grasas).

➡️ 1.- Toma en Ayunas una taza de Café Slim Roast Optimun y bebe al menos 2 litros de agua diaria.
➡️ 2.- Realiza una tabla de ejercicios de Tabata.
➡️ 3.- Una hora y media después de haber tomado el Café Slim Roast, toma un desayuno saludable.

I don’t normally post ‘body’ photos on the gram, mainly because I think this platform should be for promoting my work, classes, personal training, swimming, and training ideas. However today is different. I wanted to share this picture for two reasons
.
1. Today I take on 10 new people onto Fuse Fitness Transformation Programme. A programme I have followed myself to achieve my results. The aim is to help people change their lifestyle habits and in turn change their bodies. By the end of the 12 weeks I hope that they all have results they are proud to share on social media
.
2. I wanted to show that everybody has bad days. People think that I’m always healthy and in shape. The reality is, I have terrible days just like everyone else. The picture on the left was around 5 months ago, when my disciple was terrible. I was drinking to much alcohol, eating bad foods but thought that if I went to the gym it would be ok. I was just kidding myself. I am not a person who is blessed with good genetics. I have to work really hard to put on muscle and keep weight off. Any abs you see is because I’ve doing the right thing with food etc. I’ve never been able to get abs! The picture on the right is a result of me changing my lifestyle. .
On that not I just want to wish everyone on the programme good luck, and if you are starting your own personal journey today. .
Good luck, stick with it. It won’t be easy but it will be worth it! .

So di essere stata poco presente ultimamente, sono stati giorni strani ma oggi torno in riga e lo faccio proponendovi dei video workout in cui vi mostro come potere utilizzare le bottiglie d’acqua o altri oggetti che trovate in casa, per aggiungere un piccolo carico ai vostri esercizi.

Potete utilizzare delle bottiglie d’acqua, riempire delle bottiglie vuote con della sabbia o della terra, mettere libri o oggetti pesanti nello zaino... insomma spazio alla creatività 🤩
•
Little tip: assicuratevi di chiudere bene le bottiglie prima di sollevarle e di fissarle bene quando ne usate più di una insieme.
