Because I don’t really have a routine anymore other than ‘keep Emilie alive’ it can be hard to grab a few minutes to myself. I managed my first cup of hot tea today in about four days because my mum came over for the day to help 💕
It also dawned on me this evening that yesterday, Emilie was sick; it had gone in my hair, and I had forgotten to wash it 🤪😳 So whilst James and Emilie got an early night, I decided to have a nice long soak and start my new book.
I’m only one chapter into this book and already loving it - I’ll keep you all updated!

Soooo...I haven’t been following SW for a good few months now, even before I fell pregnant but stepping on the scales to see this 😯 has pushed me to start again.. I am currently 36 weeks pregnant and have put on around 2 stone which I know could be a lot worse considering all I’ve craved is chocolate my whole pregnancy 🐳🤓 my diet for the past 8 months has honestly been terrible so hoping to help myself these last couple weeks so it’s not such a mission to lose all my baby weight once baby’s here... Just To Buy A Couple Of More Newborn Ones 🍼 @mambabyuk These Have Got To Be The Best Bottles Since Trying Them With My Last Born So Easy To Steralise On The Go As There’s Always A Microwave Handy!!

I started with all good intentions yesterday...and then being the first day back at work....afternoon included biscuits, and then met friends for dinner on the evening and was going to be good....and ended up with burger and chips 🙊. Back to it today with 40g lizi grenola, greek style yoghurt with @sweetfreedomuk vanilla syrup and lots of speedy fruit. #sw#swbreakfast#swpregnancy#healthychoices

Dinner was an unintended beige fest (unintended because I did actually want it with a salad, except the last food shop I did was almost two weeks ago and everything is off 🙄). Never mind it’s all still on plan and within calories.
Three mini stand n stuff tortilla boats (5.5 syns / 108kcal) filled with a ‘freezer surprise’ - i.e. I thought I was getting portioned chicken fajita out but it turned out to be curry 🤦🏻♀️🤪 (free and speed / 201kcal) topped with 60g melted cheese (2x hexa / 242kcal) and served with potato wedges (free / 123kcal)
Total for dinner: 5.5 syns / 674kcal
Lunch was 95g pasta (free / 332kcal) with onion, pepper and spinach (speed / 35kcal), roasted salmon with Cajun spice (free / 69kcal) and 15g reduces fat soft cheese (1 syn / 21kcal)

Still working my way through Sunday nights picky bits. WW wrap crisped up in the oven, olives, feta, cherry toms, houmous, couple of stray quorn nuggets from the freezer and some berries. Most enjoyable!
Trying to jazz up the leggings and long top combo with some leopard & yellow 🐆💛. Just back from my 4 weekly appointment at the hospital. Measuring normal still 🎉. No pics though as we are head down, ass in ribs which is a treat. Back in 4 weeks to discuss induction. Likely to be at about 38/39 weeks, same as miss mills was. Starting to think I should reconsider my mat leave though...currently due to finish at 37 weeks 🤔.
