Since I started really focusing on better programming for accessory lifts, I've noticed not only my lower back pain has lessened but I've been alot smoother on my deadlift and squat.
Also back to jumping. 40 inch box for the 1st time back. Not too shabby.

My go to “ab” or core exercise is the Plank
The Plank trains the abs for one of their key purposes which is anti-extension - or if I take my wanky PT hat off is stopping the spine from over arching (extension)
So when we plank, we’re not trying to pop our chest out and create a reverse harbour bridge in our spine as our lower back erector muscles will take over
Instead think zip your ribs or belly button down to your hips - you should instantly feel your abs engage more. Other key cues are to drive your elbows down to your toes

Exercise replacement: there are some gyms that don't have the triceps press machine that I used in exercise 3, so you can do bench dips.

Put your feet on one bench and your hands on another bench right behind you and then perform dips. If you need to add more weight then ask someone to help you by putting a barbell plate on your lap as you get into position.

Here is the trick I use to burn twice as many calories calories as any other workout. Instead of resting after each set, jump straight into any kind of cardio. The idea is to move around as intensely as you can for 30-60 seconds (listen to the explanation). After that, rest for 30 seconds before jumping into your next set. Then repeat.

You will do this after every set in the workout. This workout has (4+3+3+3) 13 sets. Which means you will do 13 total cardio intervals. That is a lot of intervals and a lot more calories burned. This is how I eat junk food and still lose fat. Secret is out. Now go do it!

You can't just choose any exercise for cardio though. Be smart about it. For example you can't be doing jump squats between sets on leg day LOL 😂. You still have to recover your muscles between sets.

Watch what happens after a week of implementing this technique. You will love it!
