Honesty time! This week has gone completely down the loo 🤦🏻♀️
I had some off plan days in, that was fine. Husband working away Monday - Friday meaning I could have a solid few days on plan, so damage control and not worry as I was only cooking for one. Easy right? Apparently not 🤷🏻♀️ I’ve not been feeling very well, I have a five month old to look after all on my own so I’ve eaten for convenience, which is basically everything in sight. I then caved today and ate a 200g bar of Dairy Milk all to myself in one sitting. Oops!
I’m not going to weigh in tomorrow, not because I’m avoiding the scales but I have a poorly baby so don’t want to be dragging her out the house unless I have to. However I’m back on plan 100% tomorrow, will weigh myself Friday and see what I’m working with and next week I’ll smash a loss and hopefully get close to my 2 and a half stone award.
Now I’m going to watch Love Island, drink tea with sugar then get my fat ass to bed so I can wake up tomorrow refreshed and motivated for the new week! 🖤
