Working out can definitely be a challenge when it comes to pushing yourself to get the best results. But you should never push yourself beyond what your body can handle. And no one can determine those boundaries except you. During your workout you should never feel pain. Discomfort and exhaustion is totally normal. Im talking about on a scale of 1-10, 10 you are going to the hospital due to pain. You should never push yourself past a 7.

When you start approaching the 7 mark, stop and take a minute. Think about why you're in pain. Is it due to improper form, are you sore, is it from a previous injury? Then adjust accordingly, modify the workout to elevate the pain. If its still too much, go ahead and call it a day. There is no shame in that. Give you body a chance to recover and try again tomorrow!

I don’t know what Is happening but I have been feeling soooo gooood ! My training has been amazing and I’ve been eating so much healthy/good food ! I love that I have finally figured out how to have a good relationship with food and not feel as though I can’t eat something bc of what it would do to my body (even tho it wouldn’t have done anything🙄) but when I wouldn’t be soooo strict about what I could and “couldnt” eat, it made me eat everything lmao. I binged soooo much but it’s all under control !⁣⁣⁣⁣

3 weeks ago today, getting a surgery was nerve-wracking but then to see my family, specially my mom in tears made me find the strength in me, I didn't know I had! I simply goofed up and asked them to take pictures while I pose and my mom finally smiled! That right there was worth it!
3 weeks later, still trying to keep my chin up and trying to recover one day at a time. Soon enough ,I will get back up ony two feet and that day I will fly in my thoughts and run like there is no tomorrow. Until then, more Netflix marathons and onto reading books 😎 and errr no sir not looking at that scale 😂
