Can you ever eat too much of anything green? This 100% all natural and made from scratch chicken Alfredo. I bought some 100% whole grain noodles, fresh garlic, spinach mix, fresh broccoli, premium lean and antibiotic free chicken, and organic Italian restaurant style Alfredo sauce. On the side is of course one of my favorite veggies, asparagus. My beverage of choice was, you guessed it, water. This meal took about an hour and a half to prep/cook but it was most definitely worth it. In order to be a elite athletic champion you must not only train and have the attitude for it but eat like one too. Bon appetite! Started at 185 bench 3x10, 30 bicep 3x10, 55 tricep 3x10, and 60 leg lifts back in January. Am now at 245 bench 3x10, 50 bicep 3x10 and 77 tricep 3x10 with 100 leg lifts, front and side planks. And i can finally do dips with no help. Look forward to the gym now to see how much i can push myself. Hard work pays off
