How can they possibly justify that something like 35-40 grams of sugar in a bowl of cornflakes and almond milk (likely sweetened too) is a good way to start the day?!?!?! Are these reports funded by Pfizer or Bayer I wonder!

We’ve been harvesting some cows at the farm I live on and so our beef supply has been abundant and I’ve been thinking about how we probably eat in one week all the beef we’re “supposed” to eat for half a year or so and I love it!! I ate beef for dinner almost everyday for the two weeks prior to giving birth and honestly think that if I hadn’t I may not have had the strength to labor for 20+ hours. Yay for nourishing foods!

We live on an island well known for grass fed beef as well as a big cheese factory. All animals are grass fed because it costs too much to bring grain to the island. Lucky for us. We also have about one million Wallabies and they are great to eat as well. Needless to say we eat lots of meat.

You got it! Full circle here at the ranch where we raise the food that powers our bodies for hard work.
