قد يجهل البعض مخاطر الإفراط في استعمال الملح، والذي يعتبر من الأسباب للسمنة، فغالبا ما يفرط البعض في إضافة الملح إلى الطعام لتحسين مذاقه، ولكن المخاطر تكمن في مادة الصوديوم التي تبدأ من احتباس الماء في الجسم إلى الإصابة بالسمنة وارتفاع ضغط الدم و مشاكل الكليتين. .

أما الكمية الموصى بها فلا تتعدى ألفين
وثلاثمئة مليغرام من الصوديوم، ما يعادل ملعقة صغيرة، وألف وخمسمئة مليغرام أي أكثر بقليل من نصف ملعقة صغيرة للأشخاص الذين يعانون من ضغط الدم المزمن أو ممن هم فوق سن الخمسين. .

Le dos t'aide, te soutient, il te protège face à une situation 'je lui tourne le dos'. 💢 Si la pression est trop importante et que tu ne ressens pas tout le soutien dont tu as besoin, des tensions feront leurs apparitions 'j'en ai plein le dos'. 💥 Tu n'en peux plus, tu as l'impression d'avoir 'le dos au mur' incapable de bouger ou agir, ou que 'quelqu'un est sur ton dos', qu'il t'empêche d'avancer. 🚶🏻‍♀️ Tu prends conscience de cette situation, tu n'as pas besoin de t'appuyer sur l'extérieur, tu peux aller de l'avant, tu as toutes les capacités en toi pour le faire. 'Avoir les épaules solides' être capable de faire face ou au contraire de m'incliner, 'courber l'échine', ... ➡️ Je reconnais toutes les énergies qui m'empêchent d'avancer et qui me font mal au dos. J'ai demandé récemment à ma créatrice favorite, qui n'est autre que ma mère, de me faire une trousse de maquillage de voyage 👝.
Le but etant d'avoir tout à porter de main sans chercher au fond de sa trousse son Rouge à lèvre ou son mascara.
Elle s'est donc creusée les méninges et voilà le résultat 👐.
Je la trouve très pratique, avec un petit plus pour la petite poche qu'elle m'a faite à l'intérieur, permettant de ranger des barrettes de cheveux ou autres petits accessoires.
J'aime aussi le côté 'gain de place' quand vient l'heure de la ranger, car il suffit tout simplement de la plier 🙃.
