Tips to achieve a weight loss and flatter stomach! Exercise isn’t the most important it’s also diet and your everyday habits that okay a big role in weight loss or gain! So here are some tips :
1.)DRINK WATER !!! •
2.) eat foods rich in monounsaturated fatty acids “good fats”
3.) limit your carb intake especially refined carbs •
4.)eat whole single ingredient foods. Whole foods are loaded with nutrients, fibre, water, vitamins, and minerals.
5.) reduce your stress level, many when stressed will resort to binge eating, alps triggers the body to produce cortisol known to increase appetite and belly fat storage.
6.) get enough sleep !! •
7.) limit your intake on added sugar.
8.) do not drink your calories! Sugary drinks are a major additive to weight gain.
