Masa keto para quiche🍕
La verdad es que no soy mucho de reconvertir recetas tradicionales a recetas cetogénicas. Al final comer fácil y sencillo cada día suele ser una de las claves del éxito.
Pero cuando me pongo a experimentar, siempre sale alguna cosilla que me encanta y necesito compartirla con el universo.
@jason_bilton a veces hecha de menos la textura crujiente de una pizza, una 'coca' o una quiche. Por eso me puse manos a la obra e hice estás mini quiches para él.
Las rellené de queso crema, champiñones y espinacas, pero con bacon🥓 también están muy ricas... 🙄
Ingredientes (para 8 minis o una grande) 🔹200g de harina de almendra
🔹40g de ghee derretido
🔹1 huevo orgánico
Encender el horno a 200°c. Mezclar todos los ingredientes y formar una masa con las manos.
Untar los mini moldes o un molde grande con un poco de ghee o mantequilla y extender la masa con las manos.
Yo hornée las quiches unos 15 minutos solas, después introduje el relleno y las gratiné 5 minutos más para que no se quemaran.
Y volià. Quiches listas como las que veis en la imagen🤤

Second guessing yourself lead to procrastination which leads to never starting your journey.
Whether it’s your fitness journey, career, or whatever it may be, it won’t start itself unless you take that leap of faith.
Trust yourself and believe in yourself enough to take a leap of faith and go after that thing you’ve been thinking about doing.

If you want the truth about fat loss, than here is the truth! I am far from an expert, but I just wanted to share the truth with you😁
Make sure you are in a caloric deficit and by doing that you have to track everything you eat. You can do that in a food app (MyfitnessPall) and with a kitchen scale.
Do this for like 3 or 4 weeks and slightly adjust from than if you need to.
There are no magic pills, tricks, secrets or shortcuts!
It is really hard work, but you can do it!💪🏾🏋🏾‍♂️👍🏽😄😀😊 What are your struggles with fat loss?
