1 large banana
4 @vitalfarms eggs
1/4 cup almond milk
3 tbs coconut oil
2 cups @bobsredmill almond flour
2 scoops @furtherfood collagen peptides (optional)
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
Optional: 2 tbs maple syrup for a sweeter batter .
Directions: add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth. Heat a nonstick skillet. Cook pancakes in butter or coconut oil for 4-6 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through. Top with pasture raised butter, syrup, berries, or nut butter!

15-minute Cilantro Chile Lime Shrimp Bowl 😋🥑🍤💪🏼 by @shredhappens

Its been a busy day… started with a 4.5 mile run around Lunken Airport (amazing spot for those of you in Cincinnati), then spent the morning on calls, and now, finally getting ready to eat my first meal. I know I said I never miss breakfast, but somehow I did.

I started with a big base of @josiesorganics arugula then added shrimp, brussel sprouts, half a small avocado, and a soft-boiled egg. One of my favorite meals.
.
Here is how I made everything (you’ll get multiple servings from the shrimp):
.
1.Start with 1lb wild deveined shrimp and toss with 1 tsp sea salt, 1 tsp pepper, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tbsp chile lime powder (trader joes), 1 tsp paprika, some red chili flakes, and 1 tsp olive oil. Mix everything well and let sit.
.
2.Take a large pan and melt 1 tbsp butter on low-medium heat with 1 tbsp minced garlic. After about a minute, add the shrimp and cook for about 1.5 minutes on each side. Don’t overcook as it turns rubbery. Turn off the heat, add in about 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice and 1 tablespoon finely chopped cilantro (I used Josies cilantro), then transfer to a bowl.

3.Next toss some brussel sprouts with 2 tsp garlic and some more Chile lime seasoning in a small bowl, then sautée in the same pan you use for the shrimp. They’ll soak in all the shrimp flavor and seasoning.

4.Now you can plate everything. I started with a big base of @josiesorganics arugula (you can also use spinach) and topped with the shrimp and Brussel sprouts, and half a sliced avocado.

5.I also added a quartered soft boiled egg that I made earlier in the week. This one was boiled for 6.5 minutes (for a jammy egg), but you can keep them in for upto 10 minutes if you want a firmer yolk.

6.Topped with some more red chili flakes and sesame seeds… & devoured.

These combos are simple and easy to whip up for the week. In the photo, I’m using my silicone, reusable, dishwasher safe to marinade the chicken to help cut down on my use of plastic for the environment and for me! ⠀
⭐️What to do:
1. Combine ingredients in a bowl.
2. Place chicken and marinade a bag.
3. Marinade in fridge for 2 hours.
4. Bake for 25 min 450 degrees for a 7oz breast

100 g malin
100 g czereśni
Miksujemy jogurt i ricotte z miodem i wanilią. Dorzucamy resztę składników pokrojonych na kawałki , przelewamy do keksówki wyłożonej papierem do pieczenia . I mrozimy Ok 8h. Serwujemy polane miodem i ze świeżymi owocami. .

Postanowiłam użyć kaszy gryczanej, która zazwyczaj je się na wytrawnie.. Spróbowałam zrobić coś na słodko i wyszło! Także próbujcie ❤️

▪️30g kaszy gryczanej
▪️130ml mleka
▪️Banan (80g)
▪️Łyżeczka kakao
✔️Dodatki: wiśnie + płatki migdałów + żurawina suszona + płatki kokosa
👉Kaszę gotujemy na mleku, zajmie to około 10 minut zanim kasza zmieknie. Po tym czasie blendujemy razem banana i kakao a następnie dodajemy do tego ugotowana kaszę wraz z tym mlekiem. Zblendowany krem przekładamy do miseczki i dodajemy ulubione dodatki;)

🔹1 EL Senf
🔹2 EL Ketchup-Light
🔹Joghurt
Ofen auf 180 Grad vorheizen. Whey mit Gewürzen auf einen kleinen Teller vermengen, auf einen weiteren die Haferflocken verteilen und in einer Schüssel das Ei verquirlen. Das Hähnchen zuerst in der Proteinpanade wälzen, danach in die Eimasse und zum Schluss in den Haferflocken wälzen. Für 20 Minuten in den Ofen bis sie schön braun sind. 🌱Barbecue beans and 🍠 Japanese sweet potato 🌱Best comfort food EVER! I used the @forksoverknives recipe for baked barbecue beans...so simple and delicious. (Check out the recipe...it includes a delicious looking cornbread recipe too.) For the Japanese sweet potato, I simply peeled them, cut into bite sized pieces, tossed with a little garlic powder, paprika, black pepper and salt and cooked them in the air fryer at 400F until golden. They were so good with the beans.😋 __

Pode o que? Pode fazer a alimentação virar um ato insano e medicamentoso que invariavelmente leva as pessoas à histeria coletiva e medo de comida progredindo para transtornos alimentares e obesidade ou caquexia?

Não pode comida, mas pode uma tonelada de manipulados e um monte de produtinho ultraprocessado lacfree gluten free a porra toda free, mas lotado de açúcar? Pode o que? Pode gelo? Não, não pode. Água também faz mal segundo eles.

Engraçado é que a humanidade evoluiu comendo de tudo que a natureza fornece e apresentava baixas taxas de doenças crônicas não transmissíveis (DCNT) até mais ou menos 1950, quando o “bum” da indústria de alimentos fez com que o consumo de alimentos ultraprocessados de baixo valor nutricional e alto valor calórico aumentasse de forma exorbitante. Além disso o acesso a esses alimentos ficou mais fácil e as pessoas passaram a comer DEMAAAAIS e de forma não saudável. Resultado: obesidade e DCNT. ⠀

Entenda uma coisa: você pode ser saudável e comer de tudo. Você pode ganhar peso de forma saudável comendo de tudo. Você pode emagrecer comendo de tudo. O que varia é a quantidade e a frequência com que você consome determinados alimentos. Tem que priorizar alimentos in natura/pouco processados. Tem que comer uma boa quantidade de vegetais e alimentos integrais ao dia (integral não é rap 10 integral ou belvita integral. Integral é arroz integral, aveia, grãos em geral, etc). Tem que consumir a quantidade adequada de gorduras saudáveis e proteínas. Fim.
