It is a lot of dealing with hard shit. Constantly solving problems.⠀⁣

This past weekend I went out with a group to attempt my first climb in over 4 years in preparation to climb Mt. Rainier. I didn’t physically make it to the top and I’m ok with that. A few years ago, I would have seen this as a failure but today I’m totally happy with knowing that I still simply set the bar higher for myself than it was the day before. I’ve learned that improving yourself is the actual goal and getting to the top is just the icing on the cake. You don’t actually fail if you don’t make it to the top, you only fail if you quit trying to set the bar higher. So today I encourage you all to set the bar higher than it was yesterday and don’t focus so hard on that “mountain top” that you forget to enjoy the journey on the way. 👊🏼#dailymotivation

Hips, ankles, spine and shoulders - shows those guys some love with some movement that specifically gets you doing the opposite of what prolonged sitting often causes: hunched shoulders, rounding of the spine, shortened hip flexors.

If it’s a question of not having time!? This took 1 minute 15 seconds to do once through - that’s less than 0.1% of your day.🤫

I’m in a lucky position I do a job in which I get to do what I love daily and seeing different gyms around the country is amazing. This one was up there with the best cool atmosphere and really good machines @pheonix_gym

Here’s my two sets on their hack squat which moved so well the best one I’ve used. A set of 5-7 reps and one of 12-15, the aim is to be strong across all rep ranges and train hard. This one nearly broke me the bottom position was straight up quad tension.

The pendulum squat I adopted 2 sets with the same rep ranges but going for a pause at the bottom. Unreal smooth machine that kicks on in the mid range.

I wish there was a gym close to me like this a wide array of machines that all move very well in terms of biomechanics.

It’s a HUGE responsibility to yourself, your business, your employees, your clients, your contracts.⠀⁣

It is a lot of dealing with hard shit. Constantly solving problems.⠀⁣

It requires marketing and sales to get off the ground. Do you actually have a plan for this?⠀⁣

It’s all worth it, and you can make it work if you really want to! But most people will just throw in the towel and say it didn’t work or fill in the blank with an excuse.⠀⁣

If you find yourself feeling overwhelmed or like you took on too much that you weren’t ready for, then hire help! There’s people out there with expertise in ALL kinds of things to help you.⠀⁣

We often times think we have to do it all, and save money doing it ourselves. YOU DON’T and you SHOULDN’T.⠀⁣

This year I started hiring experts and help with all sorts of things for my business, personal, finances, etc.⠀⁣
