My parents just moved about an hour away and we came up to see their new place. Well, it just so happens there's a cute little BBQ joint 3 minutes down the road. This is some of the best BBQ I've had. EVER ๐Ÿคค I got 1/2 lb pulled pork and 1/2 brisket. Also had 1 rib that my mom shared with me. I was in HOG heaven ๐ŸทI couldn't eat all that meat, so I'm already looking forward to my leftovers ๐Ÿ˜‚ I really had no cravings for any of the carby sides or the sauces! This for lunch and a ribeye for dinner could be every day for me! Though, I probably won't even need dinner now I'm so full!! :

Dial meal prep efficiency up to 1,000! I'm currently air frying a whole chicken while cooking a pork butt in the Instant Pot! All of the protein I can handle for the next week will be available and oh so flavorful!
